All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During holidays and times of high demand (launch days) your order may take longer to process than usual.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently only offer international shipping to Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What if I have a problem with my order?
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us. If your package has been marked as delivered but you do not have it, please check with your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
